The zone is intended to eliminate undesirable activities from urban areas that are now being redeveloped.

The toleration zone is not represented on maps,which only depicted areas which funtion during day. Irrespective of its status as a public facility then, cartographically it does not existl.

Monitoring of differnt flows provide information in order to take action.
