earth: 1. Construction of new subway line leading to reconfiguration of new city quarters.
2. Changes in the ground surfaces of Tokyo for use of advertising.
3. Creation of inhabitable liminal sign spaces on the margins of the Tokyo 24 HLC.

 

flow: 1. Tokyo 24 HLC changes the the way people move and live within and without the city through a re-organisation the city's time structure.
2. the 24-hour Guggenheim near the T-CAT creates an influx of art culture on a global scale.
3. Tokyo 24 HLC intensifies but also negotiates with replacement process of old cultures by the new and the ever accelerating turn-over of fashionable flows across many levels of the society.
incorporation: 1. Co-operation between subway developers and the big convenience store chain, 7-11, leads to the formation of the new 24 hr nana-juichi line.
2. PARCO joins the development which results in a 24-hour strip, Tokyo 24 HLC.
3. the airports, Toyko 24 HLC and art institutions jointly provide new cultural agglomerations.
