The existing flows of water (beige) from the river, and waste (blue) from a local residential distribution area are taken on a detour in the building. As the project develops, these cycles will start to respond to each other, and to external phenomena. Unoccupied space will house new programmes created (brown) in the points of overlap. The site specific project will have different phases in time when new programmes are introduced.

I.e.: The test space for the fertiliser production may be used as garden space for the housing part. This may at a later stage become a public park or a place for urban organic agriculture.
