Besides, it blurs the distinction between natural and the
artificial environment. Also, it intensifies and densifies the
urban fabric through a series of compacted motorway
programmes, and leisure programmes, but opens up more space
for future annexation. Serving not only commuters and
motorists but also from local to global populations. It gives
a new form of life to a ring-motorway, i.e. a
